Dean is accredited by the National Counselling Society (originally an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy from 2011 until his resignation in 2018).
He is also a member of the Psychotherapy & Counselling Union of Great Britain.

- Couples are invited to explore their relationship problems with curiosity and receive feedback on their relationship dynamics, which is designed to disrupt and unbalance their behaviours, thereby inspiring change.
- Groups are invited to explore their challenging behaviours and discover their own resolutions to conflicts.
